Dear Westdale Rowers & Parents,

Apologies for the late post – I only just got back recently and was unable to post sooner.

More info on a Mother’s Day recap will come tomorrow, but for now this is a quick & friendly reminder that the teams both chose to rig their boats tomorrow morning at 5:15am, followed by a relaxed Cat 6 “lactic acid flush” row.
