We only have one allotted erg time this week–Wednesday afternoon. There will be two groups of 13–one at 3PM and one at 3:40pm. The workout will be 30 minutes (2 x 5’@18, 4’@20, 3’@22, 2’@24 and 1’@26). There are 26 available slots, so we’ll give everybody the opportunity to sign up. Initially we’ll keep it to 13 novices and 13 experienced, but that can change. Experienced rowers who owe me ergs need to do one of these.
NOTE: IF YOU SIGN UP FOR ONE OF THESE ERGS, YOU MUST NOT COME TO THE MORNING SESSION. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED DOUBLE TRAINING SESSIONS IN ONE DAY.
So there’s some incentive: do a 30 minute erg and get a sleep in!! I will take names either via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or in person Tuesday and Wednesday morning.
