NOTE TO JASON, ALEX, DAX, ALAYSIA, LAUREN, ZAHRA AND CLAIRE.  Please read this carefully.  This refers to TWO 2K erg tests:  Your practice test, and your real test.  You will each pull your practice 2K test on MONDAY, DECEMBER 14 AT 3PM after school.  Because of this, you do not need to show up on Monday morning at 6:30.  Doing this will mean a HUGE difference in how you do when you pull the real one a couple of days later, so it is absolutely essential that you do this.  There will be no other opportunities to do this practice test, so if you can’t make it, you will have to pull the real one blind, without any prep.

As for your REAL 2K test—the one that counts–I have slotted each of you into a group either on Wednesday December 16 or Thursday December 17–please check further down this blog with the schedule on it to find out when you are pulling.  I had no room for Zarha, Jason and Alex on Tuesday or Wednesday, so I will have you do your “real” test first thing Thursday morning while the rowers are warming up.
