There are no formal training sessions scheduled over March Break, but it is still vital that you maintain your fitness level over this time, given that there will be erg tests scheduled for those who haven’t done one VERY soon after coming back. There will also be an optional one on Thursday, March 31, our LAST DAY OF WINTER TRAINING for those who want to do one to better their score.
On the note of erg scores, a VERY special shout out to CHLOE CYR , one of our grade 9 novices, who pulled a 7:59.9 2K test this morning. OUTSTANDING effort and one that bodes very well for Chloe’s boats this spring!! I was also very impressed with how a number of you rallied around Chloe and are now inspired to try your hardest to get to that level. It’s a great example of how an individual effort can motivate big team gains! Well done!
