Please come prepared to do some outdoor work and some indoor work on Tuesday.  Outdoor because it’s supposed to be 19 degrees on Tuesday!   (although I’m not expecting 19 at 6:30am!).  You could be doing anything from erging, to running outside, to “House of Victory”, to “The 300”, so be ready for any of these, or a combination thereof!
