A reminder to get your entries in for the Leander Indoors if you have not done so. The entry deadline is approaching fast. Currently there are 14 Westdalians registered to race and only a few of you have told me you have prior commitments or aren’t able to race. If you are available and healthy, you should be racing. Remember, there is an expectation that you do as many of these indoor races as possible to gain race experience in a competition environment.
For those of you who wish to enter the next regattas, the entry window should open for CIRC (Canadian Indoor Rowing Championships), today or tomorrow. Ontario Indoors Champs is on Saturday, March 3rd at Ridley College in St. Catharines. Entries are open for that now. Both regatta entries can be made at RegattaCentral.com with entry instructions the same as for Leander. Again, PLEASE make sure you check with the coach for the category before you make your entry.
