I meant experienced rowers….not just seniors.

The process has begun to put crews together that will compete at CSSRA. (Actually, the process began on October 31!!) Novices won’t have much input into this, given that they haven’t been through the process yet, but I invite seniors to give me your thoughts! While the final decisions rest with us, I like to have input from the rowers to the crews they might like to be a part of. ALL communications with me are strictly confidential, so I would like to hear your thoughts. No idea is crazy, and I encourage outside-the-box thinking.

**NOTE*** For the love of God, PLEASE don’t have a brain cramp and message me on one of those Snow Day text chains with 10 of you attached to it!!!!!
