We are in need of some volunteers for our upcoming adult recreational league. The league will be run in place of row-for-heart this year. The program will run weeknights from June 3- July 19. We are looking for athletes to volunteers as coxies. If anyone is interested, please e-mail lbcrowing@gmail.com

LOST & FOUND
We have a few items that have been lost. Two air pods and a wallet belonging to Quin this morning. And Alex took the wrong pair of boots on Saturday and is trying to jam his size 11 feet into the size 9s he took. If you found or saw any of these items, please let me know!

Westdale Rowing Warm & Fuzzies 2019
Hey rowers! Every year before CSSRA we write “warm & fuzzies” for each of the rowers on the team. Warm and Fuzzies are just a little note or message to say good luck in their final regatta and goodbye. They can be as long or as short as you would like. So each of you will write one to each person on the team and then we will have envelopes for everyone at CSSRA that will be handed out to everyone before their races. Please have them done for Saturday. Here is a list of our team:

FRIDAY & SATURDAY DAYSHEETS
Attached is the Friday and Saturday daysheets. I will update the Saturday daysheet on Friday night with firmer details ands confirmed times for semi-finals. Sunday’s day sheet will follow on Saturday night.
Looking forward to some GREAT racing! THIS is your national high school championship. Crews have come from across the country for this. You’ll see trailers from all across Canada and also many states in the US. THIS is what you’ve been training for since before Hallowe’en when we met that first day in the lower gym with 84 kids! Race as hard as you can and be your best because it will all be over before you know it.
CSSRA NOTE
Just wanted to put a note here, especially for novice parents. The weekend can be quite fluid in terms of planning practices and when we want our rowers on site. It can seem a bit hectic and disorganized from the outside, but we’re trying to maximize our practice times and also try to keep the rowers as rested as possible. Any questions, please ask.
