Here is our Westdale training plan. Not included are the optional Leander training sessions. We will also do training over Christmas at Leander but only for Leander athletes.

Notable dates are Hug A Llama Day on Monday, December 9th and a 2K Erg Evaluation on December 16th. The evaluation is mandatory.
