I want to spend a bit of time tomorrow recapping our first week on the water. We’ve had some hiccups this week and I want to ensure that we are all on the same page with what we need to do each day. I’ll also go over the process.
Tomorrow we’ll more erging. I want to remind everyone that the Tues/Thurs erg session is an opportunity to build the endurance needed to be able to be successful. As you have found out this week the steps to be able to master the rowing stroke do not necessarily give you the endurance training.
In a few weeks you will be more comfortable in the boat and we’ll be able to do race level training in the boat.
