• Name (full legal name)

• Date of Birth

• RCA Id Number

These three pieces of information are required for me to make entries for the upcoming regattas. Without this information I cannot enter you into a regatta. In addition, all regattas have entry deadlines. Miss the deadline then no race.

I need each and everyone of you to send this to me by Thursday evening May 12th.
