As detailed in my previous post we are training on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday this week.

Tuesday:

  • 3 x 3000 metres – SPM is 22 23 24 3 minutes rest

Wednesday:

  • Yohanna’s Surprise!

Friday:

  • 4 x 15 minutes – SPM 22 23 23 22 4 minutes rest
