Hey everyone, here are the necessary details for this weekend’s Mother’s Day Regatta:
Weigh-ins
Weigh-ins open at 6:30 and close at 8:30. Please find a coach and they will go with you to the weigh in area. Only those racing in weight class events need to weigh in. Only Hannah will need to do so this week.
Arrival and Departure Times
You must arrive at least 2 hours before your first race to ensure your boat is rigged and oars taken down. The exceptions to this are: If arriving 2 hours early would have you arriving BEFORE 7am. Please arrive no earlier than 7am. OR; if arriving 2 hours early would not have you at the course after the first Westdale race of the day (8:35am). This means you need to be at the course by 8:35am at the latest.
Athletes cannot leave until the whole trailer has been loaded. Please assume you’ll be at Henley Island until at least 5:30pm.
Location
This regatta is located on Henley Island, in St. Catharines. There is parking on the island for $5 cash.

ID
Please bring ID that shows your date of birth. It is not required to launch for this regatta, but the officials have the right to ask to see ID.
