Lightweight rowers: a friendly reminder that weigh-in scales open at 7:30am & close at 12:30pm. You want to ensure you have enough time to weigh in & then eat a healthy breakfast or snack before your race. Please leave enough time between your weigh-in & race to eat something. We generally recommend weighing in early. Lightweight men – please weigh in with your coach (Alessandra will bring you to the weigh in).
